24 hour Training Availability - Discovery
Training Services can plan any training session 24 hours a day, 7 days a week -- including holidays. Our experienced team will work with your employee and management team to not only customize the curriculum to your needs, but train at your facility, and at the hours and days convenient to your team.

On-site
Instructor-led Classes. We offer training in all of the popular
personal computer applications from introductory level through advanced.
We readily customize our own curriculum or develop new curriculum according

Training. Making modifications to our standard classes presents

reflects the users' real work environment. We will readily adapt our
training material so that it reflects the application as it is installed

Classes
at DTS Training Center. We hold regularly scheduled classes
in the leading desktop computer applications in our modern classroom
facility in Wallingford, Connecticut. If a company does not have its
own classroom, employees can attend these classes with other businesses.
Curriculum
Development. If your business has software developed in-house
for specific applications, we can create customized curriculum for your
use. We have many years experience in developing curriculum for proprietary
software applications and for industry-specific software that has been
tailored for a business.
Personal
Coaching. We work with individuals to address a specific computer
training need in a timely fashion in order to complete a project. We
also work one-on-one with executives to accommodate busy schedules.
After-Class
Support. Our course manuals are easy to follow and serve as
a great reference, but we also understand participants may have more
detailed questions once they are back on the job, even weeks later.
We are happy to assist our students at any time after the completion
of a course.

and Skills Assessments. We strive to place people into the
appropriate class. Our simple assessment process can quickly identify
an individual's current skill level as it relates to his/her job requirements
and from that create an individualized learning plan for each user.
Class
Registration Management. Our registration process is simple
and efficient. We will design a registration form to capture information
your organization requires, i.e. department codes or supervisors' signatures.
Detailed attendance records are maintained and reported to clients.
Training
Program Management. Companies that need regularly scheduled
training sessions can outsource the entire PC training function to Discovery.
This service includes publishing class schedules, managing the registration
process, managing instructors, and providing periodic reports to the
appropriate managers.
Custom
Web Pages for Corporate Clients. We offer our corporate clients
their own web pages, known as "Gold Pages", on the Discovery
website. These customized Gold Pages provide information about the client's
computer classes including detailed course outlines, class schedules,
how to register and more.
Training
Program Consultation. We meet with your management team to
gain an understanding of your business and how the software will be
used within the business. We will recommend a training program including
content, duration and cost to achieve the corporation's objectives.
